Hawaii Travel: Princeville Accommodations
On the north edge of Kauai lays the tranquil village of Princeville. The ideal vacation spot for individuals who want to disappear amongst the beauty of natural Hawaii, Princeville/Hanalei offers stunning beaches, dramatic sea cliffs, boundless gardens, and ultimate tranquility. From the moment you step foot on Kauai until the moment you leave, time literally feels as though its standing still.
Princeville Vacations
When it comes to Princeville accommodations, there is not a great deal from which to choose. While there are a handful of luxury resorts, guests to this area of Kauai do not come for the spectacular lodging but in order to witness some of natures most brilliant works of art. Take Lumahai Beach, for instance. Just out side of Princeville, Lumahai Beach sits at the western edge of Hanalai Bay and offers unparalleled views of the Pacific from monolithic ocean bluffs. While its too treacherous to swim in Lumahai, visitors can drive down the road a bit and find a variety of secluded road-side shores perfect for lounging.
The best thing to do while vacationing in Princeville is to explore. While the area boasts some terrific restaurants and golf courses, Princeville is more of an adventurous travelers ideal. The oldest of all the islands, Kauai (a.k.a. The Garden Isle) is literally bursting with colorful vegetation and native flowers unlike any seen elsewhere. Helicopter tours of inland valleys are very popular and offer otherwise hidden views of magnificent waterfalls and breathtaking Waimea Canyon.
If you are interested in taking a trip to one of the worlds most beautiful and untouched islands, then look no further than Kauai. Princeville, Hanalei and most of the west sides picturesque towns will lure you into a state of natural euphoria. Just be careful; after a few days in Princeville, you might never want to leave!
